You do not have to go to court in order to recover damages in an auto accident in case in, Florida. The reality is most of the cases in auto accidents are resolved pre-suit, that means that your lawyer will reach a settlement with the insurance company of the at-fault party. And all that happens without you ever setting a foot in court. For some cases when you’re not able to resolve the cases that way, then you will need to go to court.
