UPS Caves at Trial and Meets Full Pre-Trial Demand for $250K

August 2010.  Contested interstate multiple car pile-up.  Client endured two broken arms.   After lawyer Skip Pita’s blistering trial cross-examination of UPS’s accident reconstructionist, UPS caved and met  the full amount of client’s monetary demands.  One member of the jury stated that UPS expert was “shameful.”
