f you’re involved in an auto accident in Florida, we do not recommend that you release your medical records to the adjuster of the insurance company of the at fault party. The better practice is for your lawyer to request the medical records himself or herself, review them and review the records with you so that you can understand the strengths and weaknesses in your case before a demand is sent out.
