How is fault determined in a Florida auto accident case?

Video Transcription:

So who figures out fault in a Florida auto-crash case? Very simple, ultimately it’s the jury who makes that decision. Six people off the street make a decision on your case, and we as your lawyers got to present the evidence to help make that, for them to make the right decision. One of the key things that has come up lately is black box data. Cars don’t have black boxes and with the black box data we can find out a lot of information about what happened on the crash sequence before the crash actually happened.

Another thing that has been very helpful recently in cases is people have smartphones all the time, we get videos, we get pictures taken at the scene by the people who are involved. Those are just some of the things that we use to help put the case together in a right way and the winning way.
