Let's say going through an accident and facing devastating consequences are definitely not something we think about daily. Nor do we “savor” the opportunity to gain a couple of hundred of thousands of dollars in a pocket via personal pain, broken bones, mental stress, physical disability, and even PTSD. Unfortunately, bad things can happen to anyone regardless of being cautious on a street whether we drive or walk (!) On a sunny day, I was crossing the pedestrian walk when the car at high speed ran me over. For a second, I thought, 'nuh could not be. This is in my mind.. is it?' The hit, the creaking sound of the brakes, the 180-degree spinning of my body, fast falling.....shock. I was actually on my way home to get ready for a date anticipating a great dinner with my partner. Next time I was hearing tons of people screaming and asking if I was OK. I thought I was, however from the same people I have heard, 'her lung probably collapsed, she has difficulty breathing.' They have asked me to get up and I could not, something was wrong with my chest. What a scary movie, Dios Mio! But that was the worse part. Right after spending many hours in the emergency room-couple of phone calls to friends and family- and I was recommended to call the office of Pita Weber Del Prado - Miami Injury Lawyer.
