I was involved in an accident while biking few months ago. With no witnesses and no cameras my case was not very strong. Anyways Shannon del Prado and her staff did everything in their power to help me, and at the end they made sure all my medical bills were paid, I got a new bike and I was compensated for my injuries. I highly recommend Shannon and her team. They are very professional, answered promptly all my calls and emails, and are very knowledgeable. I can not thank them enough for their help.
