Dear Skip: Just a brief note to tell you that I enjoyed working with you on this file. Interestingly, insofar as my practice is concerned, when I like the Plaintiffs attorney and feel that he has been shooting straight with me I make every effort to ensure that he gets reasonable money for his file. It is strange that most plaintiff attorneys seem to want to go to war all of the time and to be candid, it probably is not beneficial to their case to take that attitude. In any event, rest assured that you did obtain top dollar from us and it was in large part because of your extremely professional attitude in handling this case.
